Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Bread slices 6
  2. Sugar 6 Tablespoon
  3. Orange color 1/2 teaspoon
  4. Ghee 1 cup
  5. Green cardamom powder 1/4 teaspoon
  6. Pistachios soaked and grated 1 tablespoon
  7. Milk 200 ml
  8. Saffron yellow colour a pinch

Instructions

  1. Take a sauce pan and add sugar, cardamom powder, orange colour and 1 cup water and make it to boil to make chaashni.
  2. Boil milk with a pinch of saffron yellow colour.
  3. Fry all the bread slices one by one.
  4. Now put all the bread slices in a thali and pour chashni and milk over it.
  5. Cook it in a low flame for few minutes.
  6. Now take out in a dish and garnish it with grated pistachios and chandi ka warq.
