Ingredients to make Shrikhand in vermicelli bucket

  • For bucket:
  • Vermicelli sevaiyyan 1 cup
  • Vanaspati 2 spoon
  • Milkmaid 2 spoon
  • Shrikhand:
  • Yoghurt 2 cup
  • Powdered sugar
  • Elaichi powder a pinch
  • Kesar few starnds
  • Dry fruits coarsely grounded 2spoon

How to make Shrikhand in vermicelli bucket

  1. Add two spoon vanaspati in vermicelli and roast it till it changes to golden brown
  2. Turn off gas and add milkmaid mix well
  3. Now arrange vermicelli in silicon moulds to give it a bucket shape
  4. Now let it restin fridge for 10 mins
  5. Demould... its look like shown in recipe
  6. Now hang yoghurt in a muslin cloth for 2 to 3 hours to remove excess water
  7. Mix sugar, elaichi, kesar in yoghurt and beat with hand blender for 2 min
  8. It will become creamy and fluffy as shown in pic
  9. Now add dryfruits in it
  10. Now take out bucket from frigde
  11. Add shrikhand to the bucket with the help of icecream scooper
  12. Now decorate with cherries dry fruit and kesar as shown in pic
My Tip: Yoghurt should be hung in fridge in outside as it may turn it to sour we dont want sour yoghurt
