Ingredients to make Shrikhand In Vermicelli Bucket

  • For bucket -
  • Vermicelli sevaiyyan 1 cup
  • Vanaspati 2 spoon
  • Milkmaid 2 spoon
  • Shrikhand -
  • Yoghurt 2 cup
  • Powdered sugar
  • Elaichi powder a pinch
  • Kesar few starnds
  • Dry fruits coarsely ground 2 teaspoon

How to make Shrikhand In Vermicelli Bucket

  1. Add two spoon vanaspati in vermicelli and roast it till it changes to golden brown
  2. Turn off the gas. Add milkmaid and mix well
  3. Now arrange vermicelli in silicon moulds to give it a bucket shape
  4. Now let it rest in fridge for 10 minutes
  5. Demould
  6. Now hang yoghurt in a muslin cloth for 2 to 3 hours to remove excess water
  7. Mix sugar, elaichi, kesar in yoghurt and beat with hand blender for 2 mins
  8. It will become creamy and fluffy
  9. Now add dryfruits in it
  10. Now take out bucket from frigde
  11. Add shrikhand to the bucket with the help of an icecream scooper
  12. Now decorate with cherries dry fruit and kesar as shown in pic
  13. Serve

My Tip:

Yoghurt should be hung in the fridge and not outside as it may turn sour. we don't want sour yoghurt
