Water Melon Cake

Ingredients to make Water Melon Cake

  • All purpose flour -100 gm
  • Sugar - 100 gm
  • Baking powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Flavorless veg oil - 30 ml
  • Egg - 2
  • Super Red food gel color - 2 drops
  • Choco chip - 100 gm

How to make Water Melon Cake

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degree celsius
  2. Mix flour, Coco powder, baking powder, in a medium size bowel,Set aside
  3. Beat eggs
  4. Add Vanilla extract
  5. Add sugar in egg mixture, little by little
  6. Beat well the sugar and eggs until the creamy and ribbon like
  7. Then add flour mixture
  8. Just fold and cut, don't beat
  9. Then add oil
  10. Add super Red gel color
  11. Mix well, using a spatula
  12. Add a handfull of Choco chip, and mix well
  13. Take a Tiny silver food container,and transfer the cake mixture
  14. Bake at 180 degrees Celsius in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until tooth pick inserted comes out clean
  15. After 20 minutes, transfer to the cooling rack for 10 mins
  16. Serve
My Tip: I used Tiny food container ,so looks water melan,tat was my tip of the recipe
