Banana And Berries Pancake

Ingredients to make Banana And Berries Pancake

  • Maida 2 cups
  • Atta 1 cup
  • Sugar 2 teaspoons
  • Salt 1/4th teaspoon
  • Elaichi powder 1 teaspoon
  • 3/4th or 1 banana
  • 1 1/2 cups Milk
  • Ghee 3 teaspoons
  • Dried Cranberry
  • Strawberries

How to make Banana And Berries Pancake

  1. Add all the dry ingredients together
  2. In a separate bowl, add 3/4th banana and mash it. Pour approx 1 cup milk.
  3. Now add the dry mix to the liquid mix ((Keep it a little runny, like besan mix for cheela))
  4. Add 2 teaspoons of ghee to this batter
  5. Keep this batter aside for 5-7 minutes
  6. Use non-stick pan and put a little ghee on it
  7. Place 1 cup of the (using the same measuring cup) the batter on the frying pan and spread it evenly.
  8. Now once one side on the pan is cooked lightly, add chopped strawberries to it
  9. When cooked on one side, turnover the strawberries side to cook
  10. Repeat the same process for making cranberry banana pancakes too
  11. Serve hot
My Tip: You can add about 1 teaspoon of baking powder to make it fluffy.
