Add condensed milk
Cook for 10 mins
Add cream
Cook for 10 mins stirring continuously to avoid sticking
Add kesar
Cook on medium flame till mix thickens and sticks at the back of the spoon
Add dry fruits and mawa at this stage. Let it cool
Place in containers or kulhads
Freeze for 6 to 8 hours
Take 2 mins before serving
Slice and serve
Can be served with different syrups like rose or khus or falooda
