  1. Milk 1/3 cup
  2. Sugar 1/2 kg
  3. Besan 1/2 kg
  4. Baking Powder a pinch
  5. Pure ghee for frying
  6. Orange colour few drops
  7. Pista 2 tsp
  8. Raisins 2 tsp

Instructions

  1. 1.Sieve Besant with baking powder and mix well.
  2. 2.Mix 2 tsp of ghee in and enough water to make a batter of thick consistentcy.
  3. 3.Heat up ghee in a kadai and with a holes spoon droop bindis in ghee
  4. 4.Rub the batter on the spoon with holes so that small drops of batter drop in ghee
  5. 5.Fry boondis till golden brown, remove and keep aside.
  6. 6.Meanwhile make three string syrup(tin that chashma) consistency sugar syrup add colour
  7. 7.Put the fried boondis in the syrup,mix in the raisins and cut pista
  8. 8.When mixture cools down slightly use buttered hands to make ladoos
  9. 9.Your motichur ladoos are ready . Garnish with pistas
