Ingredients to make Rajma roti wraps

  • 1 big cup Rajma or red kidney beans (soaked over)
  • 3 cups of water for boiling
  • 1 sliced onion
  • 1 chopped tomato
  • 1 green chilli
  • Salt according to taste
  • 1 tea spoon of red chilli
  • 1 tea spoon of dhaniya powder
  • 1 tea spoon of jeera powder
  • 1 tea spoon of chaat masala
  • Pinch of haldi powder
  • 2 to 3 spoons of tomato pure
  • 4 to 5 spoon tomato ketchup
  • 1 big spoon of olive oil
  • Some green dhaniya for garnish

How to make Rajma roti wraps

  1. Boiled overnight soaked Rajma in pressure cooker with 3 cups of water and a 1 tea spoon of salt and pinch of haldi
  2. Once Rajma get boiled start stuffing preparations for wraps
  3. Take a kadahi or a fry pan put some oil into it, I have used olive oil u can use any vegetable oil once oil heats up put sliced onion and green chili into it
  4. Satue for 2 to 3 minutes add tomato and all the dry masala's, which is red chilli powder, dhaniya powder, chaat masala and salt to taste
  5. Now add some rajma stock into it mix well and simmer for 2 to 3 minutes so that tomatoes get soft
  6. Now put boiled rajma, tomatoe pure and mix herbs into it and mix well
  7. Lastly put some green dhaniya and mix well stuffing for wraps are ready
  8. Now prepare rotis
  9. Have a circular roti which should be half cooked from one sided
  10. Now take the roti and spread some ketchup on one side of roti like pizza
  11. Now stuffed rajma in center of roti and just press little bit
  12. Now cove roti from one side and put and brush some oil
  13. Do it same as for second side also
  14. Brush some oil and roast on tawa
  15. Your rajma roti wraps are ready for eat
