Ingredients to make Kesariya Rajbhog

  • Fresh chhena 250g
  • Two tsp Araroot powder
  • Cardamom 6-7
  • Pista almond chopped 10-12
  • Few stands seffron
  • Rose syrup one tsp
  • For sugar syrup...
  • Sugar two cup
  • Water 31/2 cup

How to make Kesariya Rajbhog

  1. Soak pista badam in hot water for few min drain and chopp them roughly Add cardamom powder
  2. Take chhena mash it till become smooth dough.
  3. Divide chhenna in equal portion
  4. Stuff pista badam in chhena balls.
  5. Combine sugar n water bring it boil and make thin sugar syrup
  6. Remove scum if any add seffron stands gently slide in stuffed chhena balls
  7. Cook it for 5min on high flame
  8. Then cook it on low flame for 10min when it will be double in size remove from heat cool it
  9. and serve chill
My Tip: Flip rasgulla in sugar syrup gently
