Ingredients to make Masala Bread

  • Bread : 12 - 15 slices
  • Onion : 4(medium sized)
  • Tomato : 3
  • Green Chillies : 2
  • Eggs : 3
  • Finely chopped Coriander leaves : a handful
  • Chilli powder -2 tsp
  • coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Salt - 1 1/2 tsp (or according to your taste)
  • Turmeric Powder - 1/4 Tsp
  • Oil - 4 tablespoons
  • Ginger garlic paste : 1 1/4 tsp

How to make Masala Bread

  1. Pour oil into the tawa and add onion , green chillies and saute them.
  2. Add in the tomatoes and saute it for few more minutes
  3. Add ginger garlic paste, all spices and salt. Add coriander leaves.
  4. Add egg and stirring well.
  5. Then add the bread crumbs / slices and mix them well. Let it for few minutes.
  6. Serve them by garnishing it with coriander leaves and lemon.
My Tip: If you want the bread in slices you can remove the corners and cut them into small pieces. Otherwise you can simply blend it slightly in a food processor to make it into crumbs.
