Ingredients to make Fareesa Farheen

  • Milk 1/2 liter
  • Custard powder 2 1/2 tbsp
  • sugar 2tbsp
  • Jello 1 sachet
  • Water 1cup
  • Mix fruit tin or fresh fruits 1 cup
  • Sponge cake

How to make Fareesa Farheen

  1. In a sauce pan add milk, custard powder n sugar now bring it to boil while stirring it continuesly to avoid formation of lumps. Once it comes to a boiling point medium the flame n continue more for 3 mins till the consistency is saucy. Then refrigerate it till it gets cool. Now make jello by adding 1cup of water n jello powder thn pour half inch of jello in a individual bowls or small size tray thn refrigerate n leave it to set. Take a sponge cake( I used homemade cake n cut it into small rectangular shape).
  2. Now its time to arrange d dessert. Once d jello sets, arrange sponge cake on top of it thn pour little custard on cake thn add fruits in layer now again pour leftover custard. On top decorate with fruits n jello.
My Tip: Dont use fresh pinapple in custard it tastes bitter , instead use tinned pineapple
