Ingredients to make chhanar payes

  • milk 1.5 lutre
  • Sugar 250 gms
  • khowa 50 gms
  • ghee 3 tbspn
  • almonds,pistachios, cashews
  • keshar

How to make chhanar payes

  1. make chhana from 1 litre milk by adding vinegar.. drain the water..wash thoroughly
  2. put a heavy something so that all the water comes out from chhana..then cut the chhana in cube forms
  3. hot ghee in a pan...fry the pieces of chhana.untill brown.keep aside
  4. now boil the remaining milk..add sugar. stir to dissolve..add khowa..stir till the milk will turn into rich and thick form..
  5. add dry fruits... mix..add keshar (diluted in lukewarm milk)..stir
  6. now add the fried chhana pieces....give a smith and fine mix slow the gas...boil for two min..and the switch off
  7. serve in a decorated bowl..with finely chopped dry fruits...and keshar
My Tip: if u want to add gulab water u can do
