ABOUT Kaju Strawberry RECIPE

Kaju katli shaped and flavoured in a fruity way

Ingredients Serving: 4

Cashew nut powder - 1cup
Suger -1/2 cup
Water -1/4 cup
Ghee -2 tsp
Food color (red)- 3-4 drops
Food color (green)- 2 drops
Strawberry essence- 1/4 tspn

Instructions

Take a pan add sugar and water and make 1 string consistency syrup. Add cashew nut powder and cook for 5 minutes or till it forms a ball or leaves sides of the pan. Switch off gas and take out it on a plate and let it cool down a bit
Divide this mixture and add strawberry essence to it mix well and make 2 portions in the ratio of 70:30 from it. Add red color in bigger portion and green color in another one
Take some red colored mixture and give it the shape of strawberry and leaves from green portion by the help of water attach green leaves on strawberry.
