Ingredients to make Beetroot Poriyal

  • Beetroot chopped 1cup
  • Greenchilly 1
  • Tomato chopped 1cup
  • Onion chopped 1 cup
  • Coconut oil 2 tbsp
  • Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
  • Salt for taste

How to make Beetroot Poriyal

  1. Pressure cook the beetroot for 1 whistle.
  2. Heat the oil and add 1 pinch mustard and curry leaf to it.
  3. Saute the onion and chopped tomatoes.
  4. Add ginger garlic paste
  5. Now add cooked beetroot into it add salt for taste. Cook it well till it becomes dry.
