Ingredients to make Coriander chutney
- 200gms coriander leaves
- 1 large tomato
- 1 piece ginger
- 1 raw mango or juice of 2 lemons
- 6-8 green chillies
- 3 aamlas
Steps to make Coriander chutney
- Roughly chop the ginger, tomato, raw mango, aamla and green chillies and put them in a mixer grinder. Pulse till mixed well and no big chunks are left.
- Now add the coriander and salt. Pulse again till smooth.
- Taste to check salt and sourness. If needed, add lemon juice.
- Best served cold.
