Coriander chutney


  • 200gms coriander leaves
  • 1 large tomato
  • 1 piece ginger
  • 1 raw mango or juice of 2 lemons
  • 6-8 green chillies
  • 3 aamlas


  1. Roughly chop the ginger, tomato, raw mango, aamla and green chillies and put them in a mixer grinder. Pulse till mixed well and no big chunks are left.
  2. Now add the coriander and salt. Pulse again till smooth.
  3. Taste to check salt and sourness. If needed, add lemon juice.
  4. Best served cold.
