Peanuts and Fennel Sardai

Ingredients to make Peanuts and Fennel Sardai

  • 5 cup full fat milk
  • 3/4 cup roasted pea nuts
  • 2 tsp magaz ke beej
  • 1/2 cup whole sugar(Misri)
  • 1 tsp Fennel seeds
  • 1/2 tsp White pepper powder
  • 1/2 green cardamom powder
  • few saffron strands for garnish

How to make Peanuts and Fennel Sardai

  1. Take peanuts,fennel and magaz ke beej and make fine powder or paste of it.
  2. Now in other pan boil milk till it started to bubbling or slightly thick in medium flame,when done switch of gas and keep aside it to cool.
  3. In other pan take 1 cup of milk and add peanuts,magaz and fennel paste in it and cook it with milk for 10-12 min and keep aside it also cool.
  4. when boil milk cool and peanuts paste mixture cool add both and mix well,and add cardamom powder and white pepper powder in it and mix well
  5. Now with strainer strain it and keep it in fridge for atleast 2 hours to chilled.
  6. when it chilled pour in glass and sprinkle some cardamom powder,some pistachio powder and few saffron strainds over it.
