Ingredients to make Malpua With Rabdi And fruits

  • For batter -
  • maida - 4 tbsp
  • cream or full fat milk - 1/2 cup
  • For sugar syrup -
  • sugar - 3/4 cup
  • water - 3/4 cup
  • elaichi powder as per taste
  • 1 cup Rabdi for serving
  • Chopped nuts for garnishing.
  • Fruits of choice ( I used mango and strawberry)

How to make Malpua With Rabdi And fruits

  1. In a bowl take cream or milk, add maida and make a batter using a hand beater till no lumps remain . Keep aside.
  2. In a sauce pan mix sugar and water and heat stirring occasionally till you get one string syrup. Keep aside.
  3. Heat a flat pan grease with ghee (purified butter ) pour a small ladle of batter on hot pan spread in a circle and cook on both the side till light brown in colour.
  4. Dip them in warm syrup and arrange in a bowl.
  5. Serving options- You can serve them hot as it is garnished with nuts and warq. Serve them with rabdi garnished with nuts. Add some chopped fruits, pour rabdi and serve

My Tip:

Serve hot or chilled as per your choice. You can also fry instead of shallow frying
