  1. For Blueberry Froyo -
  2. 1 cup Greek yogurt
  3. 1/2 cup blueberries
  4. Sugar to taste
  5. For Mango Froyo -
  6. 1/2 cup greek yogurt
  7. 1/3 cup chopped mango
  8. Sugar to taste

Instructions

  1. For Blueberry Froyo -
  2. Pour all the ingredients of blueberry froyo in a blender and make a smooth puree.
  3. For Mango Froyo -
  4. Pour all the ingredients of mango froyo in a blender and make a smooth puree.
  5. Freezing Method - Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and spread blueberry smooth puree evenly
  6. Top with 5-6 tablespoon of mango puree. Use a clean bread knife to gently swirl on the puree.
  7. Cover with the cling film and freeze overnight or until solid. Cut into bars, once froyo gets solid.
  8. Blueberry-Mango Marble Froyo bars are ready to eat.
