Ingredients to make Jowar bhakari

  • 1 cup jowar flour
  • 1 cup multigrain wheat flour
  • 1/4 cup Wash and chopped methi leaves
  • 1/4 cup wash and chopped spinach leaves
  • 1 tbap kashmiri chilli powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp cumin powder..
  • 1 tsp chopped green chilli
  • 1 tbsp ginger grated
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp sugar powdered
  • 1/4 cup Curd
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • Oil for roasting bhakari
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • Water to knead the dough

How to make Jowar bhakari

  1. In a big bowl seive jowar flour and multigrain wheat flour and all greens
  2. Add all spices. red chilli powder garam masala turmeric powder salt cumin powder
  3. Add grated Ginger garlic and chilli add curd and water and make a soft dough
  4. Now divide the dough and make peda size balls out of it..
  5. Roll it with help of rolling pin
  6. Heat tawa and shallow fry it with little oil and flip it.
  7. Now when it roast it from both sides take it out from tawa
  8. Serve hot it with garlic red chilli chutney and cool butter milk
My Tip: You can add more greens like green garlic coriander ..you can add maze or bajra flour for more taste..
