Macaroni Chaat

Ingredients to make Macaroni Chaat

  • Macaroni boiled 120 gm
  • Tomatoes 2 chopped
  • Cucumber chopped 2
  • Onion 1 chopped
  • Green onions chopped 1/2 cup
  • Green chillies finely chopped 2 or chilli flakes 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper powder 1 tbsp
  • Chat masala 1 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves chopped 1/4 cup
  • Dry parsley flakes 1 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp

How to make Macaroni Chaat

  1. Boil the macaroni at first. Let it cool down a bit.
  2. Add in the black pepper to the macaroni. I did not use green chillies. Instead i used mild red chilli flakes.
  3. Chop all the veggies.
  4. Add them all to the dish and toss well along with the green onions too. Sprinkle chat masala, chilli flakes and dry parsley too. Add some lemon juice too without fail.
  5. Tangy chaat is ready to serve right away or chill it for a few minutes before serving.
My Tip: Drain the macaroni well. It should not be soggy.
