Ingredients to make Bread And Moong Dal Dahi Bhalle With Twist

  • Bread 4 slices
  • Dhuli moong dal 1/2 cup
  • Chana dal 2 teaspoon
  • Dhuli mah dal 2 teaspoon
  • Milk for dipping bread
  • Methi dana 1 teaspoon
  • Salt according to taste
  • Rock salt 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper powder 1 teaspoon
  • Asfoetida 1 pinch
  • Green chilli 2
  • Ginger 1 inch piece
  • Sugar 2 tablespoon
  • Bhuna jeera powder 2 teaspoon
  • Curd 2 cup
  • Imli aur khajur ki chutney
  • Dhanyia pudina ki chutney
  • Red chilli powder for garnishing

How to make Bread And Moong Dal Dahi Bhalle With Twist

  1. Sock moong dal and fenugeeek seeds andall dals for 4-5 hours. And after that make a fine paste of it in a mixer adding ginger and green chillies to it.
  2. Remove the edges of bread.Sock bread slices in milk and mix with the mixture of moong dal. Leave it for 10 mintues.
  3. Now add salt, asfetoida, black pepper powder. Mix well, now our mixture is ready to make bhalle.
  4. Heat oil, and make bhalle from the mixture. Fry it at a normal temperature, till they become golden brown.
  5. Now put these on kitchen towel which absorbs the excess oil.
  6. Now put these Bhalla in lukewarm water for 5 mintues.
  7. And whisk the curd and add sugar. Mix it well.
  8. Squeeze the bhallas and place it on a dish. Pour curd and chutneies over it. Garnish it with bhuna jeera powder and red chilli powder over it. Sprinkle rock salt over it. Your bread bhallas are ready.

My Tip:

While making grinding dal, check the quantity of water. It should not be runny.
