Quick And Easy Kopra Paak

Ingredients to make Quick And Easy Kopra Paak

  • Grated coconut (dried)1 cup
  • Milk 1 cup ( if using mava than 1/2 cup)
  • sugar 1/4 cup
  • ghee 1/8 cup
  • raisins few
  • cardamom powder 1/4 tsp
  • Almonds, pistachio, Cashew for garnishing

How to make Quick And Easy Kopra Paak

  1. Get all ingredients ready
  2. Heat a pan ( kadhai) and transfer all ingredients ( coconut, milk, Sugar and ghee) into it.
  3. Wash Raisins and add
  4. Cook on a medium flame stirring constantly
  5. Soak Almonds Cashew and Pistachio in hot water
  6. Peel Almonds and Pistachio and chop them fine with Cashews
  7. As your koprapaak thickens ( not very dry), add Cardamom powder and turn the gas off.
  8. Serve with garnishing of chopped dry fruits.

My Tip:

If you are making for kids, then use finely grated coconut. Else thick shreds give a good crunch.
