Sweet Biscuits

Ingredients to make Sweet Biscuits

  • maida 1cup
  • Ground sugar 1/2 cup
  • Pure ghee 1/2 cup
  • saffron strands 5-6
  • Dry fruits 1/4 cup
  • elaichi powder 1 tsp

How to make Sweet Biscuits

  1. Add ghee and sugar
  2. Add maida
  3. Make a dough
  4. Take dough in a plate that may fit into the cooker. Flatten the dough with hands. Sprinkle nuts and elaichi powder
  5. Keep in a cooker for 20 minutes covering with a plate.
  6. Biscuits should have changed colour by now. If not, cook further for 5 minutes. Serve.
