Banana Cheese Croquettes

Ingredients to make Banana Cheese Croquettes

  • Raw banana 2
  • Cottage cheese 1/2 cup
  • Roasted semolina 1/4 cup
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Chopped onion 3 tbsp
  • Chopped capsicum 2 tbsp
  • Coriender leaves 2 tbsp
  • Green Chilli chopped 1
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  • Chat masala 1/2 tsp
  • Lemon juice 1 tsp
  • Cornflour 3 tbsp
  • Water 8 tbsp
  • Bread crumbs 1/2 cup
  • Oil for frying

How to make Banana Cheese Croquettes

  1. Boil raw bananas
  2. Mash bananas in a bowl and add semolina
  3. Add crumbled cottage cheese salt red chilli powder to it
  4. Add onion capsicum chat masala lemon juice haradhaniya and mix and make dough
  5. Give desired shape to the mixture
  6. Dip in cornflour slurry coat with bread crumbs and deep fry
  7. Serve hot
