Sorghum GramTacos.

Ingredients to make Sorghum GramTacos.

  • sorghum flour 1cup
  • all purpose flour 1/2cup
  • salt to taste
  • oil 2 tbsp
  • water as needed
  • black gram (overnight soaked) 1/4 cup
  • green gram (overnight soaked) 1/2 cup
  • Dried peas (overnight soaked)1/4 cup
  • red chilli powder 1 tsp
  • turmeric 1/4 tsp
  • Kitchen king masala 1 tsp
  • onion 1big finely chopped
  • tomato 1finely chopped
  • For Salad
  • onion 1 chopped
  • tomato 1 chopped
  • cabbage chopped 3 tbsp
  • Coriender leaves chopped 2 tbsp
  • lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Cheese for garnish
  • tomato sauce 3 tbsp

How to make Sorghum GramTacos.

  1. Mix sorghum flour all purpose flour 2 tbsp oil salt in a vessel
  2. Add some water and kneed dough
  3. Take a small ball of the dough
  4. Roll it like a small chapati /puri and prick all over with the help of fork
  5. Heat oil pan and fry
  6. In the middle of frying fold it half as tacos
  7. For filling heat oil in a cooker add chopped onion green chilli curry leaves in it and saute
  8. Add soaked black gram green gram dried peas in it
  9. Add salt
  10. Add red chilli powder
  11. Add turmeric powder
  12. Add kitchen king masala
  13. Add tomatoes saute and then add water
  14. Give whistles to it and cook
  15. Take out this cooked filling in a bowl and mix tomato sauce
  16. For salad mix chopped onion tomatoes cabbage capsicum salt chilli and lemon juice in a bowl
  17. For assembling fill tacos first with filling made of mix grams
  18. Put salad over it
  19. Finally, garnish with cheese and sauce and serve
