Ingredients to make Nutritious Kiwi Smoothie

  • 1 -2 Kiwi peeled and cubed
  • 1 cup coconut milk / milk
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tbsp Protein powder(optional ) I used protinex
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon powder
  • mango pulp
  • sugar (if desired)/honey
  • Vanilla essence

How to make Nutritious Kiwi Smoothie

  1. You can extract pulp from a half cut kiwi with a spoon
  2. Throw all ingredients in a mixer/ blender
  3. Blend for 2 minutes
  4. If everything is mixed well,pour in a glass. Garnish with kiwi cubes or dryfruits

My Tip:

Since kiwi is somewhat sour,so you may require a sweetner.I mixed 1-2 drops of vanilla essence.You may add fruits other than kiwi for more taste if you wish.I used coconut milk for the first time and the drink was great.
