Paneer badshahi

Ingredients to make Paneer badshahi

  • Paneer 400 gram
  • Garam Masala 2 teaspoon
  • 2tea spoon salt
  • 2tea spoon ginger paste
  • 3 big onoin paste
  • Green chilli 4 and ginger paste
  • Cashew 30 gram
  • Kismis or raisin 40 grams
  • 1 and half table spoon poppy seed
  • Kesar for marination
  • 2 cardimon
  • 2cinamon
  • Ghee 3 teaspoon

How to make Paneer badshahi

  1. 1 marinate paneer with ginger paste 2tea spoon garam masala 2 tea spoon salt
  2. Now make paste of 3 onions keep in a bowl
  3. Make a paste of 4 green chilli and ginger keep it in a bowl
  4. Make paste of cashew raisin poppy see keep it in a bowl
  5. Now heat oil fry paneer but do not make it brown just fry for 2 min
  6. In a wok add 2spoon oil add 2 tea spoon ghee
  7. Add cardimon and cinamon stir fry for 1minuite
  8. 1st put onion paste stir fry for 2min
  9. Then put green chilli and ginger paste fry for 4 to 5 minuite
  10. Now give that cashew poppy raisin paste fry it for 3 min if needed add 1 to 2 table spoon ghee
  11. Now add paneer strir fry for 1 or 2 minuite Add water 2 and half cup let it boil and wait until water becomes half the volume
  12. Now add 1 teaspoon ghee 1 teaspoon garam masala again let it boil
  13. Wait until gravy becomes thick decorate with saffron. And serve hot
My Tip: Use saffron or rose petals for decoration
