Ingredients to make Green Moon Snacks

  • Boiled banana, mash paste 1 cup
  • Chopped onions 1/2 cup
  • Green chillies chopped 1 teaspoon
  • Jeera powder 1 teaspoon
  • Coriander powder 1 teaspoon
  • Lemon juice 1 teaspoon
  • Oil 3 teaspoons
  • Salt as per your taste
  • Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon
  • Coriander leaves 2 teaspoons
  • Soaked moong dal 4 teaspoons

How to make Green Moon Snacks

  1. Take a bowl, mix the banana boiled and mash it to form a paste.
  2. Add chopped onions and green chillies.
  3. Add jeera powder, coriander powder and salt.
  4. Add red chilli powder, moong dal soaked and lemon juice. Make round moon shapes.
  5. Heat some oil and fry the moon shaped banana, check one side until it turns into golden red, flip on the other side and put some oil and roast it. Check both sides, should be roasted equally.
  6. Garnish with coriander leaves.
