ABOUT Green Moong Snacks RECIPE

This recipe uses very little oil and is a healthy snack

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Boiled banana, mashed 1 cup
  2. Chopped onions 1/2 cup
  3. Green chillies chopped 1 teaspoon
  4. Jeera powder 1 teaspoon
  5. Coriander powder 1 teaspoon
  6. Lemon juice 1 teaspoon
  7. Oil 3 teaspoons
  8. Salt as per your taste
  9. Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon
  10. Coriander leaves 2 teaspoons
  11. Soaked moong dal 4 teaspoons

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl, take the mashed banana.
  2. Add chopped onions and green chillies.
  3. Add jeera powder, coriander powder and salt.
  4. Add red chilli powder, moong dal soaked and lemon juice. Make round moon shapes.
  5. Heat some oil and fry the moon shaped banana, check one side until it turns into golden red, flip on the other side and put some oil and roast it. Both the sides should be cooked well.
  6. Garnish with coriander leaves.
