- Melted 2 – 4 tbsp

- Chocolate Ganache/ Chocolate sauce 150 – 200 ml
- Whipped 100 -150 gms
- Caramel sauce / toffee Sauce – 60 ml
- scotch nuts / praline for garnishing
How to make Banoffee Pie
My Tip:Homemade Caramel sauce recipe - take 2 tbsp of sugar & caramelise it , take it off from the flame , cool it for a minute & add amul fresh cream to it . Mix well .Your homemde caramel sauce is ready to use. Chocolate Ganache Recipe - Take equal quantities of dark chocolate & amul fresh cream ( 100 gms each ). melt then together in a double boiler or Microwave untill chocolate is melted completely & a smooth sauce is obtained.
