Ingredients to make Butter Pepper Garlic Crab

  • Crab - 4 (medium size)
  • Butter - 1 cup
  • Chopped Garlic - 5 tbsp
  • Crushed black pepper - 4 tbsp
  • Olive oil - 1 tbsp
  • Chopped coriander leaves - 1 tbsp
  • Sugar - 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste (Note: we'r using salted butter)

How to make Butter Pepper Garlic Crab

  1. Clean and wash the crabs, keep aside.
  2. Take a pan heat olive oil over slow flame, add butter let it melt. Now add garlic,black pepper, saute it for 5 mins.
  3. Add the crabs, sugar and salt , cover it and cook for 15-20 minutes.
