Tomato chutney

Ingredients to make Tomato chutney

  • chopped tomatoes 6
  • Chopped onion 1
  • chopped or crushed garlic 7-6 pods
  • grated ginger half tsp
  • sugar 2tsp (optional)
  • Salt to taste
  • rai half tsp
  • Jeera half tsp
  • roasted and crushed peanuts 1tbsp
  • Oil 2tsp
  • Red chili powder 1tsp
  • dry corriander powder 1tsp

How to make Tomato chutney

  1. In a deep pan add oil
  2. add mustard seeds and cumin
  3. add curry patta
  4. add onions,garlic,ginger
  5. cook for some time
  6. add red chili
  7. add haldi
  8. add dry corriander powder
  9. now add tomatoe and cook for 5minutes
  10. add salt,sugar,peanuts
  11. when tomato become soft switch off flame
  12. add corriander and serve
My Tip: Serve with paneer parathas awesome combination
