Potato Corn Seekh

Ingredients to make Potato Corn Seekh

  • 9 Boiled Potatoes
  • 1 cup boiled corn
  • 2 tsp Lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • 3/4 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 1 green chilli chopped
  • 1 tsp chat masala
  • 4 tbsp besan
  • 2 tsp oil
  • Mint sauce.

How to make Potato Corn Seekh

  1. Mash potatoes.
  2. Boil and mash half of the corn.
  3. Add ground corn to mashed potatoes and mix thoroughly.
  4. Add lemon juice.
  5. Add salt.
  6. Add red chilli powder.
  7. Add green chillies.
  8. Add chat masala.
  9. Add besan.
  10. Mix it properly.
  11. Put them on skewers.
  12. Heat oil in a pan and cook them from all sides.
  13. Serve with mint sauce.
