Ingredients to make KESAR RABRI

  • Full cream Milk 2 litre
  • sugar 350 grams
  • saffron 1 teaspoon
  • Cardamon 5
  • Cardamon powder 1 teaspoon
  • Dryfruits 100 grams ( cut pieces)
  • cornflour 1 tablespoon

How to make KESAR RABRI

  1. Turn on flame and take whole milk for Bolling. Add saffron, sugar, cardamons and cardamon powder in it. Make it totally boil on high flame.
  2. When the milk is boiled and coming to the top, do flame medium, and continue to boil.
  3. In between of boiling, side the layer of milk to the sides of pan.
  4. When milk comes to half of its quantity, add cornflour in it ( take some normal milk in a cup and add cornflour and make a mixture without lumps)
  5. When milk totally comes to thicker form, add dryfruits in it and turn off the flame after 5 minutes.
  6. Keep it in the bowl and refrigerate for 5-6 hours.
  7. Now it is ready to eat. Enjoy chill desert.

My Tip:

Use the quantity of sugar and dryfruits according to your taste.
