Ingredients to make Kacche kele ke kofte

  • 4 boiled peeled meshes raw banana
  • 1 cup besan or gram flour
  • 2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp green chilli chopped
  • 1 BUNCH CHOPPED CORIANDER
  • 1 tsp chaat masala
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for frying
  • 1 tsp Grated Ginger

How to make Kacche kele ke kofte

  1. Boiled raw banana peeled it and meshed banana
  2. Add all spices and salt grated Ginger adjust as per taste
  3. Add chopped coriander make vada size balls out of it..
  4. In a bowl add besan or gram flour
  5. Add little salt and chilli powder
  6. Add water and make thick batter
  7. Heat oil in a pan when oil is hot enough..
  8. Dip vada in this batter and fry it till golden brown in color..
  9. Serve hot with any ketchup or sauce or green chutney..

My Tip:

If mixture become soggy add little besan or gram flour..don't over cook the raw banana else it will become soggy
