Ingredients to make Ram ladu

  • Chana dal. 1 cup
  • Hing. 1 pinch
  • Orange colour 1pinch(optional)
  • Salt 1tspn
  • Green chilly chopped 2
  • Carrots cut into strips 1/2cup
  • Radish grated 1/2cup
  • Imli soaked in water 100gm
  • Oil for frying

How to make Ram ladu

  1. 1.soak Chan's dal fr 4 hours .
  2. 2.Now grind it adding hing, salt & chilly.
  3. 3.Beat it till fluffy.
  4. 4.Now make small balls of dal and deep fry.
  5. 5.Dip carrots & dal ladus in imli water for 2 hours.
  6. 6. Serve ur yummy & tangy ladus.
My Tip: Serve properly dipped ladus. So that ladus can properly absorb imli's flavour in it.
