Ingredients to make Hassel free Pani poori.( No mess, Zatpat)

  • Green grams soaked for 6 hrs and steamed. 3 cups.
  • Potatoes boiled and chopped 5 to 6 no.
  • Bengal gram whole( dry coffee chana), soaked and steamed 2 cups.
  • Mint leaves a bunch.
  • Coriander leaves finely chopped 1 bunch.
  • Pani poori masala 4 tsp.( get a pack)
  • Dry mango powder( Aamchur) 1 pack.
  • Green chilli chopped fine / crushed 2 to 3 ( according to taste and type of chilli you use, some are very hot).
  • Jaggery grated 3 to 4 tbsp.
  • Lemon ( optional) 1 big.
  • Poories 2 pack. ( according to requirement)

How to make Hassel free Pani poori.( No mess, Zatpat)

  1. Blend mint leaves and chopped coriander by adding water.
  2. Squeeze and take out the juice. Preserve the grounded stuff ( mint coriander mix).
  3. Make Paani poori water by adding Panipoori masala, the mint coriander extract, green chilli paste, grated Jaggery and dry Mango powder. Adjust sweet, sour taste.
  4. Apply salt and mint paste to chopped potatoes
  5. Apply salt and chilli powder(optional). to steamed green gram whole.
  6. Apply salt to steamed whole bengal gram too.
  7. Prepare your dish. Poories, green gram, potatoes, chana and paani poori water in a bowl.
  8. Enjoy your quick paani poori with your friends and family.

My Tip:
