Paneer Makhmali

Ingredients to make Paneer Makhmali

  • 250 gm - paneer chunks
  • 4 - tomatoes
  • 2 - onions
  • 1 piece small - ginger
  • 4-5 - garlic
  • 150 ml - Amul cream
  • 2 - green chillies
  • 1/2 tbsp - turmeric powder-
  • 1/4 tbsp - red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tbsp - coriander powder
  • 1-2 tbsp - oil
  • salt

How to make Paneer Makhmali

  1. Grind the onions, ginger and garlic to make a smooth paste. Make a smooth paste of the tomatoes and chillies in another pan.
  2. Heat oil in a pan, add the onion paste, stir until it turns light golden. Add the tomato paste, stir for 5-7 mins.
  3. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder and salt in it.
  4. Remove from heat and add amul cream in it, mix well. Add the paneer chunks into this gravy
  5. Garnish with some grated paneer, Paneer Makhmali is ready to rock.
My Tip: AMUL FRESH CREAM MAKES THE TEXTURE VERY RICH
