Ingredients to make Trifle pudding

  • Strawberry 1pack
  • Milk 1.5 ltr
  • Khoya 100 gm
  • Rice flour 2tbspn
  • Roasted vermicelli : 2tbspn
  • Sugar 2tbsn
  • Almonds & kishmish for garnishing
  • Khus syrup : 1tbspn

How to make Trifle pudding

  1. 1.First grind strawberry in puree & pour in glass to set for 1 hour in refrigerator.
  2. 2.Now take vermicelli in a wok & add milk. Cook till it softens. Keep aside.
  3. 3.Now again take 1 ltr. milk in a pan & boil it.
  4. 4.Now add khoya & rice flour in milk & cook till it thickens.
  5. 5.Wen milk thickens add sugar and khus syrup. Switch off the flame. Khus firni S ready.
  6. 6.Now take out glass from refrigerator & add second layer of vermicelli.
  7. 7. At last layer glasses with khus firni & garnish with dry fruits.
  8. 8.Refrigerate for 1 hour more. Serve chilled. Yummy trifle pudding S ready to Enjoyyyyyyy.
