A grt combined taste of spice and sugar

Ingredients Serving: 4

2 ripe bananas diced in 1 inch thick disc
2 tbsp powdered sugar
2 tbsp Butter
1/2 tsp Cinnamon powder
Vanilla icecream

Instructions

Take a wide pan preferably dosa tawa. Start to heat it up. Keep the flame on medium heat
Add the butter. After the butter melts add the diced bananas. Increase the heat on a higher flame
Toss for 30 secs. Sprinkle cinnamon powder...again toss it up for 30 secs. Sprinkle the powdered sugar toss it up for around a minute...then remove it in a bowl and let it cool.
Take a glass. Fill it up with vanilla icecream upto half. Top it up with tossed banana pieces and serve...
