Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Methi leaves - from 1 bunch(about 2 cups)
  2. Carrots - 4 peeled & cubed
  3. Sweet Corn - 1 cup
  4. Onions - 2 big chopped small
  5. Tomato - 1 cut small
  6. Ginger and Garlic - chopped 1 tspn each
  7. Jeera - 1 tspn
  8. Turmeric pwdr - half tspn
  9. Chilly pwdr - 1 tspn
  10. Maggi masala e magic - 1 tspn or Kitchen King masala
  11. Salt to taste
  12. Oil- 2 tbspn

Instructions

  1. Take the methi leaves & wash them.... Cut into small pieces
  2. Then take a pan put oil & when hot add the jeera....
  3. After it splutters add finely chopped ginger & garlic...saute well for a few minutes
  4. Then add the chopped onions & saute again....
  5. Put the dry masalas, salt & mix well
  6. Add chopped tomatoes and cook till soft....
  7. Then add the chopped carrots and corn...cover & cook for 5 minutes or till done...
  8. Then add the chopped methi leaves....Mix everything well and cook for 2 to 3 minutes......
  9. Serve hot with roti or rice... :blush:
