Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Raw plantain - 3 Nos
  2. Jaggery - 1/3 cup
  3. Powder sugar - 2 Tbsp
  4. Dried ginger powder - 1/2 tsp
  5. Cardamom powder -1/2 tsp
  6. Rice flour - 2 tbsp
  7. Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
  8. Oil - for deep frying

Instructions

  1. Peel off the plantain skin and cut each of them into half.
  2. Cut each into 1/2 cm thick piece again and keep it on medium flame.
  3. Add the plantain pieces when the oil becomes hot. Fry on a medium flame, stirring occasionally.
