- Mixed Dhal- 1 cup (equal amount of thuvar, channa, green moong, yellow masoor, urad dhal)
- Spinach or Palak- 1\2 cup, finely chopped
- Green Chilly- 1\2 tbspn, finely chopped
- Garlic paste- 1 tsp
- Ginger Paste- 1\2 tsp
- Jeera Powder- 1\2 tsp
- Coriander powder- 1 tsp
- Red Chilly Powder- 1\2 tsp (optional)
- Salt to taste
- Cornflakes- 2 or 3 tbspn, coarsely grounded
- Cooking oil to pan fry the cutlets
