Ingredients to make Dahi achari chicken

  • 500 gm chicken
  • Yogurt 100 gm
  • Besan 2 tbsp
  • Kalongi 10 gm
  • Jeera 10 gm
  • Methi dana 10 gm
  • Mustard seeds 10gm
  • Sauf 10 gm
  • Haldi
  • Chili powder
  • Ginger Garlic Paste
  • Salt
  • Lemon juice.
  • oil
  • Dry red chilli
  • Kasuri Methi
  • Onion 1

How to make Dahi achari chicken

  1. Wash chicken well n pat dry
  2. Marinate the chicken with ginger garlic paste, salt,lime juice and some chilli powder for 30 to 45 min
  3. In a pan heat some oil and roast besan till fragnat.. keep aside
  4. In a pan dry roast kalonji sauf jeera methi dana n mustard seeds. And make a powder of it.
  5. Now matinate the marinated chicken with yogurt roasted besan and the powdered spices. For 2 hours or overnite
  6. Take oil in pan.. add dry red chillies and some kasuri methi.. add chopped onion n fry till golden
  7. Add the marinated chicken amd cook till it becomes dry n cooked..
  8. Garnish it with some onion rings tomatao n lemon
