Ingredients to make Banana pancake

  • maida - 1cup
  • Mashed banana - 1
  • banana slices- 2
  • egg - 1
  • sugar - 1 Tbsp
  • Milk - 1 cup
  • Baking powder - 1 /2 tsp
  • vanilla extract - 1tsp
  • melted butter 1 /4 cup
  • pancake syrup or any syrup

How to make Banana pancake

  1. Mix all the ingredients except syrup and sliced banana.
  2. Make a smooth batter like dosa batter.
  3. Heat non stick pan , brush butter and pour one spoon (big size) batter on it, don't spread.
  4. Once bottom layer cooked , flip the upside down.
  5. Cook for 1minute and remove from pan.
  6. Make all the pancake and keep aside. Take one pancake, put the banana slices and pour the syrup on top.
  7. Repeat this procedure thrice placing one pancake layer on another, making a 3 tier presentation.
