Ingredients to make Frozen banana pops

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 4 wafer sticks
  • For Chocolate Ganache
  • 1/2 cup Cream
  • 1/2 cup chocochips
  • Colored sprinkles( for garnish)

How to make Frozen banana pops

  1. Cut bananas into two halves.
  2. Make holes from the cut end of bananas and scoop out banana from the centre.
  3. Fix the wafer sticks in the cut end of bananas.
  4. Freeze the bananas for 3-4 hrs.
  5. Before taking out the bananas from freezer, make the ganache by melting cream and chocochips in microwave for a min.mix it well and cool.
  6. For the assembly, take out the bananas, dip in ganache and then sprinkles.
  7. Freeze again to let the chocolate set and then serve.
My Tip: After coating with ganache, keep in upright position to maintain the curvature.
