Ingredients to make Suji Potato Rolls

  • Raw potatoes 6
  • Suji/rava/semolina 3 tblspn
  • ginger grated 1/4 tsp
  • Chopped green chilly 2
  • Chopped Coriander
  • Salt pepper as per taste
  • For stuffing
  • Paneer 100 gms
  • Boiled Potato 1
  • Boiled peas 1/2 cup
  • Oil/ghee 1 tblspn
  • Salt pepper as per taste
  • Hara dhaniya

How to make Suji Potato Rolls

  1. Grate raw potatoes in a bowl. Add suji, salt pepper and Water. Make thick better. Keep aside.
  2. Chop boiled potatoes n paneer into small pieces. Take a pan add ghee. Add add stuffing ingredients saute for 2 mins.
  3. Heat up a nonstick tawa add little oil pour 1 tblspn better. Make semi thick dosa or chilla. Crisp it from both the sides.
  4. Spread chutney or catchup one side n add stuffing. Roll it n serve hot with catchup or chutney.
My Tip: Use onion paneer stuffing for more taste.
