  • Lemon 2 cups washed sliced in four
  • Sugar 2cups
  • Chilli powder,salt
  • Black salt,jaljeera
  • Garam Masala
  • Cardamom powder
  • Hing,black pepper

How to make Tangy lemon pickle

  1. Chill lemon for 1 hours make sure to remove seeds
  2. Grind lemon till smooth paste
  3. Like this
  4. Take out it in nonstick pan on high flame
  5. Add sugar and bring till to boil till it thickens slightly it will take about 8 to 10 mins
  6. Add all the spices switch off the flame make sure to thicken the mixture much keep it slightly runny till will come to jam consistancy when it cools
  7. Cool it completly abd store it in clean glass jar! Voilaa
