Bread Pizza

Ingredients to make Bread Pizza

  • Bread (whole wheat/ milk bread) - 4 slices
  • Tomato ketchup - 1 cup
  • Chopped capsicum -1 cup
  • Chopped tomato - 1/2 cup (optional)
  • Grated cheese -2 cups
  • Pepper powder - 2 table spoons (as desired)
  • Salt - as per taste
  • Oregano- 2 table spoons
  • Chilli flakes - 2 table spoons
  • Ghee/Butter - sufficient to roast bread

How to make Bread Pizza

  1. In a pan add ghee/butter and roast bread for 1 side and keep it aside.
  2. In a glass bowl, add ingredients except ghee and half quantity of cheese and mix well.
  3. To the roasted part of bread, apply a layer of tomato ketchup and above it another layer of vegetable mixture.
  4. Top up the bread with grated cheese and cover with a lid, and let the cheese melt for few mins.
  5. Serve hot with tomato ketchup

My Tip:

Reduce the quantity of capsicum,pepper and chilli falkes for children.
