Raw Banana Pakoda

Ingredients to make Raw Banana Pakoda

  • Roasted gram flour 1 cup
  • Rice flour 1/2 cup
  • Chopped onions 1/2 cup
  • Steamed raw banana 1
  • Chopped green chillies 2 teaspoon
  • Chopped ginger 1 teaspoon
  • Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon
  • Oil 2 cups
  • Roasted ground nut powder 1 teaspoon
  • Salt per taste

How to make Raw Banana Pakoda

  1. First take a bowl and mix roasted gram flour and riceflour.
  2. Add chopped onion, ginger and chilli pieces.
  3. Add red chilli powder, groundnut powder, salt and add a little amount of water and make a batter.
  4. Heat the oil and put pinches of batter slowly on a low flame, when it will change reddish brown in colour, immediately turn off the stove.
  5. Serve hot.
