Ingredients to make Ripe Banana Bhajji( pakora).kids recepie.

  • Ripe bananas 2.
  • Boiled grated corn 1
  • sooji 1 cup
  • gram flour 1/2 cup
  • Coarse ground poha 1/2 cup.
  • sesame seeds roasted 1 tbsp
  • Roasted ground peanuts 2 tsp
  • ginger grated 1 tsp
  • Zeera roasted 1 tsp
  • Salt, chilli powder, garam masala to taste.
  • coriander leaves finely chopped 2 tsp
  • oil for deep frying.

How to make Ripe Banana Bhajji( pakora).kids recepie.

  1. Mix Sooji, Besan and all masala.
  2. Add water and make to Soak the flours. Soak for for 5 minutes.
  3. Now mash Bananas and add to the batter. Adjust the consistency of batter.
  4. Heat oil in a pan. As it heats add 2 tsp hot oil to the batter and mix well.
  5. Fry pakora on a slow flame first. Fry on medium flame after flipping over. Cook till a light brown color.
  6. Serve hot with coriander chutney. This Banana Bhajji taste awesome alone with a cup of coffee.

My Tip:

You can make extra batter in advance and add mashed ripe Banana at the time of frying.
